​University life has always been stressful, but the rapid rise of digital technology has added entirely new pressures for students across Nigeria.

​From constant social media comparison to online learning challenges, many individuals are currently struggling to maintain their mental well-being.

​Many students report experiencing severe anxiety, irregular sleep issues, and pervasive feelings of isolation on campus.

​"I feel like I’m always connected, but never really at peace," a 300-level Mass Communication student at UNILAG, Barakat Salaudeen, said.

​Medical and psychological experts note that overexposure to social media platforms, irregular sleep patterns, and a severe lack of proper support systems are the major contributors.
